Alicante, Spain – Feb / March 2025

On the plane about to head over to Alicante, Spain! We flew from Portland, Oregon to Dallas, Texas then to Madrid and then on to Alicante…. a few too many flights! But well worth it!

It was a calm flight over the Pacific Ocean. Although we didn’t really sleep at all we were able to rest some.

Don’t laugh but this was our first meal in Spain! We were dead tired and this pizza joint was just a few blocks from the apartment we were staying at. The language barrier was a little more further away from the city center, but we were able to get a really good pizza and some beer to wash it down!
